(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Disney drop-kicked actor Tim Allen from the latest incarnation of Buzz Lightyear in the newest theatrical release, despite the actor’s voice being associated with the iconic character for more than two decades.
Some people were not very pleased with this decision. The actress Patricia Heaton, of Everybody Loves Raymond fame, is one of the many who expressed her concerns about the woke Mouse’s madness.
“Saw the trailer for Buzz Lightyear and all I can say is Disney/Pixar made a HUGE mistake in not casting my pal @ofctimallen Tim Allen in the role that he originated, the role that he owns,” she said.
“Tim IS Buzz! Why would they completely castrate this iconic, beloved character?”

Two theories have evolved around why Disney decided to boot Allen and replace him with Chris Evans as the voice of Buzz Lightyear, according to Trending Politics.
The first reason — the one that Disney promotes — is that the new movie is based on a “real” Buzz Lightyear, rather than the character Andy’s toy, argued one film enthusiast.
“Do people not pay attention? Tim Allen’s Buzz is the toy based off of a person. Chris Evan’s Buzz is the the real person that inspired the toy. The movie is about Buzz Lightyear the Person, not Andy’s toy.”
The Twitterverse was less than impressed.
“You DO know that Buzz Lightyear is NOT a person right? The TOY is based on a CHARACTER from a MOVIE. This is supposed to be that MOVIE. So YES… it would have made sense to have them sound the same since the TOY would have been made using voice samples of the same ACTOR…”
That leads to the second and more obvious reason why Allen is not the voice of Lightyear anymore: he is a conservative.
Allen has had the temerity to admit he likes Orange Man Bad, and is a self-professed fiscal conservative who doesn’t like taxes, according to Insider.
“Once I started making money, I had this silent partner that just took almost half of my money and never gave me anything for it. That’s taxes,” he said. “I’ve never liked taxes.”
That kind of insurrectionist talk was apparently too much for Disney, which has become infamous for its loyalty to leftists, hatred towards Trump and everyone who supports him, and total devotion to the cult of woke.
It shouldn’t come as any surprise that Disney canceled Allen’s Buzz Lightyear, just like Gina Carano who dared to go against the mainstream leftist narrative.
