(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) House Democrats have passed a bill attempting to surveil dissenting conservatives using the FBI as a bludgeon to punish and silence them, the Gateway Pundit reported.
The bill—which the Democrats passed on the grounds that they need to combat “domestic terrorism” in America—includes measures to weaponize the FBI against all Americans who disagree with the opinions of the current establishment.
Democrats are espeically worried about “white supremacists” and “neo-Nazis.”
House Dems justified the passage of the bill on the grounds that a recent shooting in Buffalo, NY, indicates the intensity of racism in the United States.
Even though the suspect, 18-year-old Payton Gendron, specifically identified himself as an “authoritarian” leftist and condemned Fox News in a lengthy manifesto, Democrats and their media allies have tried to blame the conservative media, especially Fox News’s Tucker Carlson, for the shooting.

Ellen M. Gilmer of Bloomberg news wrote that the bill would be enforced by “three federal agencies,” who would be “tasked with rooting out domestic terrorism threats within the government and across the US.”
According to Gilmer, the bill was a direct response to the leftist attack in Buffalo.
“The May 14 mass shooting of mostly [b]lack victims at a Buffalo, N.Y., grocery store prompted renewed urgency for passing the bill after lawmakers scrapped plans for a floor vote last month,” she wrote.
A minority of Democrats argued that the bill, which has created “friction on the left,” would lead government agencies to “inevitably use new authorities to target marginalized communities.”
The passage of the bill marks only the most recent iteration of the Biden regime’s intolerance of any opposition, the most obvious of which is the fraudulent Jan. 6 Committee, which has endorsed a rabid witch-hunt of anyone involved in that day’s rally.
