Corrupt Detroit Cops Arrest Man for Refusing Mask at Poll-Worker Training

'Do you want to walk out on your own accord, or do you want to go with us... '

(Chris Parker, Headline USA) A poll worker in Detroit was arrested after refusing to wear a mask, despite no mask mandate being in place, reported 100% Fed Up.

The Detroit Police followed their 2020 ritual of persecuting GOP poll workers when they arrested an unidentified Republican man who was training to be an unpaid volunteer poll worker.

The arrest occurred at The Huntington Place. The venue’s COVID webpage recommends but does not require masks. It also doesn’t mention any requirement or recommendation for vaccines. Once the man pointed this out to officers, they quickly switched to questioning him about his vaccination status.

They then once again insisted that he wear a mask, despite their own decision not to. The volunteer accused them of intimidation. He was then arrested on charges of trespassing.

“Do you want to walk out on your own accord, or do you want to go with us,” the police demanded.

A GOP witness of the event shared more startling details. Apparently, he was given an insignificant role despite being the first volunteer to arrive. He also claimed that ten GOP workers left the training session after they were harassed for refusing to wear masks.

This is not the first time that the City of Detroit and its police force have unjustly targeted conservative poll workers. The city was sued by two GOP poll workers in November 2020 after they were harassed, bullied and forced to move around while attempting to monitor the ballot processing.

They also alleged that poll workers would sometimes block their work with paper to make it more difficult to monitor the processing. They also made national headlines for covering windows.

The city also faced criticism last month after footage of an alleged “ballot mule” appeared online. The video clearly shows two women submitting large amounts of ballots.

Moving forward, Detroit has decided to once again adopt the now antiquated rule that election workers must submit a negative COVID-19 test taken after June 28. Obviously, home tests are not accepted.
