(Headline USA) Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo tried to claim this week that Biden’s White House is “very serious” about bringing down gas prices.
During a recent interview, Raimondo insisted that she still supports the administration’s economic policies in spite of President Joe Biden’s low approval ratings and rising inflation and gas prices.
“I certainly support the president and his national security team,” Raimondo said.
“No one knows more about national affairs than President Biden, and I would say that he is very serious when he says he’s going to use every arrow in his quiver in order to bring down gas prices for Americans.”

Conservatives blasted Raimondo as out-of-touch and dishonest, since the Biden administration has repeatedly shut down efforts to drill more oil domestically.
