Cartels Using Social Media for Smugglers, 46 Migrants Found Dead in Trailer

'This is the direct result of policy. The current administration doesn’t give a damn... '

(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) In light of the recent discovery of 46 dead trafficked migrants in a tractor-trailer in a San Antonio neighborhood, it is worth revisiting a recent U.S. Customs and Border Protection report that detailed how smugglers use social media to lure youths to serve as drivers.

According to the National Pulse, the report linked enhanced human smuggling efforts “to the record-breaking numbers of migrants attempting to enter the U.S. illegally under President Joe Biden.”

The report, which was produced by the Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol, reveals that smuggling operations — what it calls Transnational Criminal Organizations  — are now using children as young as 13 to traffic illegal aliens across the border.

“The result is an increase in erratic driving by inexperienced drivers, often observed exceeding posted speed limits, and driving against oncoming traffic,” Border Patrol reported.

Chief Patrol Agent Brian Hastings warned parents of both the dangers of social media and the seriousness of the resulting crimes.

“This is an alarming trend, because many of these teenagers underestimate the severity of the crime,” Hastings said. “Not only can they be prosecuted and sent to jail, but they also endanger lives through their actions.”

It is becoming increasingly obvious that controlling the United States’ border with Mexico is a matter of life and death.

The Biden-Harris Administration is eager to promote its own efforts at regulating illegal fishing, but it shows no similar willingness to address the crisis at the border.

While leftist Democrats like Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke and Rep. Joaquin Castro attempt to deflect blame from their own party, Fox News reporter Bill Melugin reminded readers that Homeland Security chief Alejandro Mayorkas has claimed to have “operational control” over the border.
