(Alex Tien, Headline USA) A recent review of the notoriously leftist “The View’s” cohosts show a number head-scratching opinions. Whether it’s suing former President Trump over the death of in-laws due to COVID, calling for the DOJ to investigate Tucker Carlson and Tulsi Gabbard, or claiming that black Americans buy guns because of white supremacy, “The View’s” hosts have offered one doozy after another, and there is no sign of slowing down.
President Biden’s Department of Transportation head and former mayor of Gary, Indiana, Pete Buttigieg, graced the audiences of “The View” earlier this week, offering some shocking hot takes about Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis.
First, Mayor Pete affirmed that the recently passed Parental Rights in Education Act will literally “kill kids.” Host Ana Navarro asked Buttigieg, “Your husband, Chasten, is a teacher and he’s been a vocal critic of what’s going on in my state of Florida when the, with the so-called ‘don’t say gay’ law, which he says will kill kids. Do you agree?”
“Yeah, he’s right,” Buttigieg answered. “And I think every law needs to be judged for the effect it’s going to have on real people in real life, and I get the political reasons why they’re doing this.”

Buttigieg then immediately pivoted to a different issue that, as the head of the Department of Transportation, should be a huge concern of his own to fix.
“By the way, some of those political reasons (laughs), they don’t have a plan on anything else, right? I mean, [DeSantis] doesn’t have a plan on dealing with inflation or dealing with gas prices or dealing with the issues.”
Even though the insane gas prices and rampant inflation clearly fall under the responsibility of the Biden administration, Mayor Pete and other Democrats refuse to take any ownership and instead look to blame others.
