Boebert Blasts Biden for Censorship, Moves to Dismantle Ministry of Truth

'I wouldn’t trust Biden and his incompetent misfits to take care of one of my goats... '

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo, accused President Joe Biden of “being afraid of Elon Musk” because of the billionaire’s defense of free speech, Slay News reported.

Boebert also claimed that the Biden administration wants to “use American tax dollars” to “silence conservatives.”

These comments were made in a press conference calling on Congress to overrule Biden and pass her Protecting Free Speech Act, which would help end the “Disinformation Governance Board” and fire its head, Nina Jankowicz.

“Because the Biden regime is afraid of Elon Musk and free speech, they want to use American tax dollars to fund this new disinformation board to continue to silence conservatives,” Boebert said.

“I wouldn’t trust Biden and his incompetent misfits to take care of one of my goats.”

“I’m calling on Congress to pass my Protecting Free Speech Act, terminate this Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth,’ fire Nina Jankowicz, and prevent the Biden regime from silencing the American people.”

Boebert is not the only one against the Disinformation Governance Board. Former Rep. Jane Harman, D-Calif., said she is on an advisory board for the Department of Homeland Security and was not consulted about it before it was announced.

She said if the board manages to broaden its authority, it “would be highly unfortunate.”

Bill Maher, comedian and talk show host, also slammed the group, bringing up comments by Jankowicz about wanting to “edit Twitter” to allow others to “add context to certain tweets.”

“Oh, you mean like what Twitter is?” Maher said. “That’s what Twitter is. When somebody says something and you add context.”

“These are not bright people in our government.”
