(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith made explosive allegations regarding then-Vice President Joe Biden’s purported use of pseudonyms and fake identities during his time in the Obama White House.
In a Sunday interview on Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures, Smith detailed the nature of the alleged fake names in light of bombshell revelations of numerous LLCs created by the Biden family, further intensifying impeachment threats against Biden and deepening the political turmoil surrounding allegations of political corruption.
“Joe Biden using fake names in more than 5,000 e-mails has not much different than the pattern that we have seen with the Biden family,” Smith told Fox News guest host Jason Chaffetz. “Joe Biden has been referred to as the ‘Big Guy.’ He’s been referred to as the ‘Brand,’ according to a lot of individuals who have been testifying before Congress.”
Smith further detailed the gravity of the situation, emphasizing the creation of controversial LLC companies by the Biden clan. “It’s quite disturbing, especially when you’re talking about more than 20 million dollars that has come into the Biden family from foreign governments such as Ukraine, China, Romania.”
Chaffetz questioned Smith on why First Son Hunter Biden’s defunct company, Rosemont Seneca, extensively communicated with the Obama-Biden White House, totaling 5,3000 email correspondence. “Why would that be justified,” Chaffetz asked of the emails.
Smith responded firmly. “It’s not justified, Jason, and that’s the issue,” the House Ways and Means Committee chairman said.
He further highlighted the contradictions in Biden’s statements, saying, “From the very beginning, several years ago, President Biden is on record multiple times saying he knows nothing of his son’s business dealings, and then the day after the Ways and Means Committee released transcripts of the two IRS whistleblowers, the White House started singing from a different tune.”
Later in the interview, Smith addressed the possibility of an impeachment inquiry, stating, “Moving towards to an impeachment inquiry will give us stronger tools to continue this investigation.” He expressed concern about a potential government shutdown, emphasizing that it would “stop all of these investigations.”
In the face of mounting controversy, the Biden administration has yet to issue an official response to Smith’s allegations, but have dismissed the calls for an impeachment inquiry, falsely claiming the allegations have been debunked.
“Comparing this to past impeachments isn’t apples to apples or even apples to oranges; it’s apples to elephants,” a spokesperson for Biden told NBC News on Friday. “Never in modern history has an impeachment been based on no evidence whatsoever.”
