(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, posted a video highlighting the terrible conditions along the United States’ Southern border.
The video shows scenes of migrant caravans, consisting of what appears to be mostly children, with a voice over from the senator.
“These children come in debt to vicious cartels,” Cruz said. “Thousand and thousands of dollars, and the teenage boys work the gangs in every city in America.
“And these teenage girls experience a hell worse than that, with far too many of them human-trafficked into sex slavery.”
The video continued, showing images of fallen migrants.
Against that brutal backdrop, Cruz called out the disgraceful border failures of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, blaming them directly for the horrible conditions facing those crossing the border, resulting in many deaths.
“Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are responsible for the worst plague of slavery in America since the Civil War,” he said. “This is not compassionate, this is not humane, this is barbaric.”
The video ends with the words “Abolish the Narco Slave Trade” flashing on the screen.
Cruz and many other Texas politicians have slammed the Biden administration for the extreme mishandling of the border crisis, which was a task expressly given to the Veep.

Get Abbott to put the National Guard on the border, call it what it is, an invasion, and deal with the problem. Texas can defend its border if it is being invaded per the TX Constitution.
