(Joshua Paladino, Headline USA) President Joe Biden’s Federal Election Commission nominee, Dara Lindenbaum, testified before the Senate Rules and Administration Committee on April 6 that she believes voting machines in Georgia flipped votes.
In November 2018, Lindenbaum signed a federal complaint to a Georgia District Court that claimed “voting machines switched their votes from Leader Stacey Abrams to Secretary
Kemp,” according to 100 Percent Fed Up.
Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, questioned Lindenbaum about the court case.
Sen. Ted Cruz to Biden nominee to the FEC: “As an officer of the court, you were willing to put your name on a legal pleading alleging that the machines used in Georgia in 2018 were switching votes illegally from one candidate to another. Is that correct?”

The complaint, filed by Fair Fight and Care in Action, said that two voters tapped Abrams’s name on the voting machine and then watched their vote switch to Kemp.
Both voters noticed the error and changed their vote back to Abrams. The machine switched the vote back to Kemp until their fourth attempt, at which point their vote registered for Abrams.
The complaint also stated that Kemp maintained “innacurate voter registration rolls,” that the state improperly handled absentee ballots and provisional ballots, and that the state used “election technology that is vulnerable to hacking and manipulation.”
These criticism sound like they could have come from My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell, an election integrity activist, or Michigan Attorney Matt DePerno, who has argued that votes in Antrim County flipped from Donald Trump to Joe Biden, yet the corporate media dismissed them as conspiracy theorists.
The Georgia General Assembly on April 5 passed legislation that empowers the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to investigate election fraud without the Secretary of State’s authorization, reported Gateway Pundit.
Current SoS Brad Raffensperger quashed investigations into election fraud after the 2020 elections, despite widespread evidence of ballot harvesting. He reversed course earlier this year and announced an investigation after a whistleblower testified that he harvested thousands of ballots.
Two upcoming reports on election fraud in Georgia could revive momentum for election integrity.
True the Vote plans to release evidence that shows ballot harvesters stuffing drop boxes “night after night.” Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg funded the illegal ballot drop boxes through the Center for Tech and Civic Life.
Dinesh D’Souza will release a documentary, called “2000 Mules,” that contains True the Vote’s video evidence.
True the Vote’s Founder Catherine Engelbrecht said her organization spent $20,000 “to obtain video via open-records requests to counties and cities in five states where it appeared Trump was winning, until mail-in and drop-box ballots were counted: Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania.”
The election-integrity group used geospatial technology to track ballot harvesters and found that they stopped at a Democrat Party office in between their trips to the drop boxes, American Greatness reported.
“The geospatial data was the driver,” Engelbrecht said, adding that she would soon give “time and date stamped video that shows the same people inserting ballots into sometimes dozens of different drop boxes to various law-enforcement officials.”
