(Chris Parker, Headline USA) President Joe Biden’s latest cognitive collapse came in the form of a grand shout-out to a deceased congressional representative, sparking renewed concerns and questions about the aged resident-in-chief’s mental decline.
Biden was delivering his opening comments Wednesday during a speech at the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health.
“I want to thank all of you here, including bipartisan elected officials like Rep. McGovern, Sen. Braun, Sen. Booker, Rep. ― Jackie, are you here? Where’s Jackie?” Biden asked. “She must not be here.”
President Biden seems to forget that Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-IN) died in a car crash in August, seeking her out in the audience:

Biden was referring to former Rep. Jackie Walorski, R-Ind. The late congresswoman was killed last month in a car accident, along with two other passengers. The Biden administration actually released a statement right after her death expressing surprise and condolences, seemingly written from Biden’s perspective.
“Jill and I are shocked and saddened by the death of Congresswoman Jackie Walorski of Indiana along with two members of her staff in a car accident today in Indiana,” it stated.
She previously served as co-chair of the House Hunger Caucus.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre tried to cover for the president by claiming Walorski was “top of mind” on Biden’s thoughts.
“The president was naming the congressional champions on this issue and was acknowledging her incredible work,” Jean-Pierre said.
However, the president did more than name her; he asked her to stand, then wondered where she was.
Biden’s mental health has been a topic of concern in recent months, drawing attention from the likes of his own party and even the Pope.
Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, who previously served as the White House physician under Barack Obama, was rebuked by the former president after calling out Biden’s mental health.
“BIDEN JUST IGNORED A QUESTION ABOUT HIS COGNITIVE DECLINE! Something is WRONG with him. This man IS NOT qualified to be President!! I am demanding he have a cognitive test NOW. There’s too much on the line, we need to know!” Jackson tweeted.
Obama’s rebuke failed to stop Jackson from sounding the alarm again earlier this month.
“At some point or another, we’re going to have to address this, we’re going to have to explain to the American people what’s going on,” he said, referring to Biden’s seemingly worsening mental decline.

Biden has also raised concerns for attempting to shake hands with ghosts after delivering several speeches and wandering aimlessly lost around stage, which is how he ended his latest befuddled day.
