Biden ‘Dares’ Gun-Owning Americans to Take on Government

'This is the logic of an authoritarian... '

(Chris ParkerHeadline USA) President Joe Biden continued his attack on the 2nd Amendment while speaking at a rally in Pennsylvania by daring gun-owning Americans to take on the government, reported Rebel News.

First, Biden claimed to support the 2nd Amendment despite his relentless attacks against it. Then, he quickly became hostile towards conservative gun owners.

“For those brave right-wing Americans who say it is all about keeping America as independent and safe, if you want to fight against a country, you need an F-15 and you need something a little more than a gun,” he told the crowd.

Biden seemed to forget that a country’s core is its people, not its government. Nonetheless, he continued speaking against Americans who believe the people should control their government.

“I am not joking,” Biden added. “Think about this. Think about the rationale that is used to provide this and who are they shooting at? Are they shooting at these guys behind me?”

He also repeated the lie that it was not legal to own a cannon during our nation’s birth. It was and has remained so.

Twitter users responded to his statement with shock and concern.

“The president has been saying this for years but it’s less and less congruent with how even his own administration has played out. How many F-15s did the Taliban have when Biden decided to surrender Afghanistan to them?” asked firearms reporter Stephen Gutowski.

“This is the logic of an authoritarian. ‘We have bombs and missiles, you wouldn’t stand a chance. Therefore surrender your puny guns.’ No,” tweeted congressional candidate Blake Masters.

The Washington Post fact-checked Biden’s claim, while also expressing disagreement with those who undermine his mistake.

“Some readers might think this is a relatively inconsequential flub. But we disagree. Every U.S. president has a responsibility to get American history correct, especially when he’s using a supposed history lesson in service of a political objective,” the paper opined.

“The president’s push for more gun restrictions is an important part of his political platform, so he undercuts his cause when he cites faux facts.”
