Barnette Torches Hannity for Pa. Primary Loss

'NEVER forget, PA, how @seanhannity intentionally interfered in our election sowing lies and disinformation... '

(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) Senatorial candidate Kathy Barnette, who placed third in Tuesday’s Republican primary in Pennsylvania, blamed Fox News anchor Sean Hannity for her loss, in a video posted to Twitter Wednesday.

“I do want to say, never forget what Sean Hannity did in this race,” Barnette said.

“Almost single-handedly, Sean Hannity sowed deep seeds of disinformation, flat-out lies every night for the last five days, and that was just extremely hard to overcome apparently.”

Barnette’s critique of Hannity was the lone negative note in a video expressing gratitude for her supporters.

“And yet over 300,000 of you came out; you refused to be tricked and bamboozled, you refused to believe the lies — cause that’s exactly what they were,” Barnette continued. “I am happy.”

Trump-endorsed Dr. Mehmet Oz and globalist investor David McCormick were still locked in a race too close to call late Thursday, and both candidates were reportedly lining up lawyers in anticipation of a recount.

Oz personally thanked Hannity in a speech Tuesday night, calling him a true friend.

“Sean is like a brother to me,” Oz said. “He understands how to make a difference and he’s been doing that this entire campaign.”

Oz said that Hannity was active “behind the scenes” and that the pair had had several “late night conversations.”

Barnette highlighted Oz’s speech in another tweet.

“Oz and I agree on this one,” she wrote.

“NEVER forget, PA, how @seanhannity intentionally interfered in our election sowing lies and disinformation.”

Hannity fired back on his show, suggesting that Barnette could not win a general election.

“She will never get elected to statewide office, in my opinion, unless she is willing and able to answer questions about her past comments, conduct, rhetoric, and tweets,” he said.

“I like Kathy Barnette, but without addressing those issues, she is unelectable in Pennsylvania and a general election.”
