Armed Black Militia and 2A Supporters March against Illegal Immigration in Austin TX

'Black people are locked out from employment due to illegal immigration... '

(Joshua Paladino, Headline USA) Two well-armed, black militias marched in Austin, Texas, to protest against illegal immigration and crime, while demanding reparations for themselves.

The Black Riders Liberation Party, a black nationalist-socialist movement, marched in the pro-Second Amendment parade alongside The Elmer ‘Geronimo’ Pratt Pistol & Rifle Gun Club, a group dedicated to community outreach, self-defense training and justice for black Americans, reported the Post Millennial.

The Second Amendment Unity Walk combined odd political demands, with protesters holding signs ranging from “Reparations now!” to “Close the borders!”

Rebuking the usual response to police-on-black violence, a protester said, “We don’t say ‘hands up, don’t shoot!,'” but “Guns up!” and “Shoot back!”

Protesters also shouted, “Take your ass home!” and “Immigrants, we’ve been here!” Some protesters led chants: “What do we want? Closed borders! When do we want it? Now!”

Once the black groups reached the Texas State Capitol in Austin, they laid out their demands and informed Republicans that their gun and immigration stances alone would not guarantee their support.

“Republicans, do not dare to make the mistake of thinking you will get our vote just because we believe in exercising our Second Amendment,” a speaker said.

“Yes, I’m talking to you Ted Cruz, and Governor Abbott,”  he continued. “Don’t think we are standing with you because we are against illegal immigration.”

But then he explained his opposition to mostly Latino illegal immigration from Central and South America.

“We do have a problem with illegal immigration,” he said. “Because a lot of times, jobs are taken away from black people. Black people are locked out from employment due to illegal immigration.”

The group requested special anti-crime and child protection acts for black Americans, modeled after the Indian Child Welfare Act, that lets Child Protective Services offer additional help to Native American children.

The marchers listed their demands: “Reparations now, delineation, a stop to illegal immigration. We need an anti-crime bill for black Americans.”
