Far-left actress Alyssa Milano announced this week she is considering a congressional run in California.
Milano currently lives in Truckee, Calif., which is represented by Republican Rep. Tom McClintock.
Milano has frequently criticized McClintock, most recently because he opposed a Democratic-led anti-Asian hate crimes bill.
Congressman McClintock was one of the 63 republicans to oppose Asian Hate Crimes bill.
This is my Congressman.
Should I run against him?

“I’m looking at California’s 4th District to potentially run against McClintock,” she told Deadline.com on Tuesday. “I split my time between Truckee, Calif., and Bell Canyon, Calif., and the Republicans have basically had a strong arm there in the 4th District.”
McClintock won reelection in his district last year with 56% of the vote.
Former president Donald Trump also won the district by nine points during the 2020 presidential election.
However, Milano said she would like to try to flip McClintock’s district to the Democratic Party.
“I would love to maybe consider flipping that seat blue,” Milano said.
“It’s going to take someone with, I think, name recognition and deep pockets to be able to run against McClintock, and so I’m considering it,” she added. “I’m basically gathering information right now, speaking to different consultants, speaking to the community.”
Milano said she won’t announce a decision until after the 2022 midterm elections because of her acting career.
“Before I run, obviously I can’t do both at the same time,” she said. “So it’s just really going to be about timing.”
The actress-turned-leftist-activist is best known for pushing the unproven sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and advocating for extreme gun control regulations.
“I’m very hands-on, boots on the ground, as far as the work that I do,” Milano claimed. “And I would hope that anyone who’s considering running for office would be doing so from a place of service, which is where my heart is, rather than a place of power or to change up the system.”
