(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) In the wake of the Supreme Court‘s monumental decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, pro-abortion activists and feminists have called for a sex strike, a move many considered hitting below the belt.
Outraged feminists took to social media to vent their anger about the pro-life victory by telling men that they will practice abstinence from now on, Breitbart reported.
“If you’re a man who won’t get a vasectomy, even though it’s reversible, and you’re not out in the streets fighting for my rights, you do not deserve to have sex with me,” one woman wrote.
Others suggested large-scale sex strikes in order to persuade men that they should aide them in their pro-abortion political activism.
“Perhaps a #sexstrike (also known as #abstinence ) would help the men folk to be all in on this #womensrights issue. #RoeVWade,” wrote Monique Pressley, a radical feminist, legal analyst and journalist.
Others were more vulgar, reducing men to sperm donors who ought to be complained against until women are granted their so-called rights.
“If you’re celebrating the overturn of RoeVWade, disrespectfully, go f*** yourself. No literally. #SEXSTRIKE Don’t f*** your husbands, don’t f*** your boyfriends, don’t f*** that random from that one app. NO SEX WITH SPERM DONORS UNTIL WE HAVE OUR RIGHTS,” another user wrote.
Nonetheless, many on the Right celebrated the Left’s newfound love of abstinence to avoid pregnancy.
