(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) The Secret Service disclosed on Thursday that they had found marijuana within the Biden White House on two separate occasions in 2022, delivering a controversial twist to the already scandal-filled Biden administration.
This disclosure follows the Secret Service’s failure to identify the individual responsible for bringing cocaine into the West Wing over the July 4 weekend.
The Secret Service confirmed the previous discoveries in a classified briefing to members of Congress, leaving many angry at the lack of accountability by the Biden administration.
“No one was arrested in these incidents, because the weight of the marijuana confiscated did not meet the legal threshold for federal charges or D.C. misdemeanor criminal charges, as the District of Columbia had decriminalized possession,” a spokesperson for the Secret Service admitted in statements to Fox News.
“The marijuana was collected by officers and destroyed,” the spokesperson later claimed, noting that the marihuana found amounted to “less than 0.2 ounces.”
According to Fox, possession of marijuana is partially legal In the District of Columbia. Cocaine, on the other hand, remains illegal.
This led several lawmakers to call on federal authorities to investigate the individual responsible for the cocaine found near the entrance frequently used by the vice president.
However, GOP lawmakers announced that the Secret Service would not be focusing on this investigation, which drew anger from prominent conservative leaders.
The Secret Service has narrowed down 500 people as the potential source of cocaine in the White House.
But they are ending the investigation tomorrow without administering drug tests to these individuals. A total failure.

Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., responded to the news by calling the White House “a joke.” He stated, “High schools can figure out when kids bring marijuana, but the White House can’t figure out who brought a bag of cocaine? What a joke.”

Conservative podcast host Ben Shapiro took to Twitter to criticize the Secret Service, saying, “We are now being asked to believe that the most secure building on the planet has no surveillance necessary to effectuate the identification of the person who left cocaine there. Suuuuuuuuuuure.”
Political commentator and attorney DC Draino echoed Shapiro’s comments, suggesting that the announcement implied the cocaine belonged to President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House press secretary, had refused to answer questions on the cocaine scandal, delegating all inquiries to the Secret Service. She came under fire for falsely stating that the Biden family was not in the White House around the time the illegal drugs were found.
