New ‘Woke Alert’ Warns Customers of Activist Companies

(Dmytro “Henry” AleksandrovHeadline USA) A consumer advocacy group has launched a service to warn people about companies to be avoided because of their leftist ideology, putting a crimp on woke corporations bilking conservatives.

After Bud Light decided to destroy itself and lose billions of dollars by starting a marketing campaign with influencer Dylan Mulvaney, a man who became infamous for pretending to be a woman and, therefore, mocking actual females, many people started to think about boycotting other woke companies, according to Just The News.

People at Consumers’ Research thought about it as well and announced this week the launch of “Woke Alerts,” a digital notification service that informs users when companies start engaging in political activism. People who sign up will receive text message updates that would inform them when companies decide to show their true colors.

“In light of the recent direction taken by companies like Bud Light, Jack Daniels and Bank of America, we are launching Woke Alerts to help consumers make better-informed decisions about where to spend their money,” Consumers’ Research president Will Hild said.

“We believe companies should focus on their customers and not woke politicians and progressive activists. Nor should they be compelled to act in a certain way based on pressure from ESG extremists.”

Aside from a simple text alert, Woke Alerts will also reveal the motivations of those woke companies and highlight what is going on inside these companies that may drive activist efforts.

“Woke Alerts will inform consumers not just about a company’s decision to descend into woke activism, but it will offer insights into what’s really behind those decisions, including in some cases, the desire to mask their own objectionable behavior,” Hild said.

“We are encouraging consumers to sign up for Woke Alerts to be notified when companies cave to the woke mob – so they know the brands attacking their values.”

However, people at Consumers’ Research weren’t the pioneers in boycotting leftist companies. Among the people who started the initiative were the founders of Public SQ — an application that connects consumers to local non-woke companies — and people who created the Reclaim The Net website that helps people to find Big Tech alternatives.

Another anti-woke resource is the Cancel This Company website that not only lists woke companies to avoid, but also offers either non-political or conservative alternatives to those companies, including Big Tech alternatives, conservative news sources and other non-woke websites.
