Report: Vaccine Studies Used by HHS Were Conducted by China

'The Biden administration’s stonewalling and shell games about the COVID vaccines further undermine public confidence in these controversial drugs... '

(Joshua Paladino, Headline USA) The Health and Human Services Department pushed unsafe COVID-19 vaccines on the American people while touting their safety and effectiveness based on data from Chinese research facilities, Judicial Watch reported.

The federal government relied on data from a facility in Shanghai, China, and from another site in Tranent, United Kingdom.

“The Biden administration’s stonewalling and shell games about the COVID vaccines further undermine public confidence in these controversial drugs,” JW President Tom Fitton said. “Americans are now going to want to know why did the Biden operation try to hide COVID vaccine ties to China!”

The watchdog group reported that it received 115 pages of information about COVID-19 testing sites.

The Food and Drug Administration, an agency within HHS, had previously redacted the names and locations of the research facilities, claiming a “confidential commercial information exemption.”

Last September, Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against HHS to receive more information about the Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccine studies.

Researchers for Pfizer/BioNTech conducted a study in August 2020 on two synthetic lipids contained in the vaccines, ALC-0315 and ALC-0159, at Medicilon Preclinical Research LLC in Shanghai.

Judicial Watch earlier revealed that the FBI opened an investigation into the National Institutes of Health’s bat coronavirus research grants, in which millions of Americans dollars went to dangerous gain-of-function projects in China.

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases also expressed concerns in 2016 about the gain-of-function research being conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The NIAID, under Anthony Fauci’s leadership, noted that EcoHealth Alliance—the non-profit group that funded China’s gain-of-function research—had not followed reporting policies.

Fauci’s NIAID gave $826,277 from 2014 to 2019 to support bat coronavirus research at the Wuhan lab.
