Trump Compelled to Testify in New York AG’s Witch Hunt

'Letitia James should focus on the people being murdered and robbed in her own state instead of another Trump witch hunt that will lead to nothing... '

(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) In yet another example of the legal double standard that criminalizes political dissent, President Donald Trump was deposed Wednesday — two days after his Mar-a-Lago home estate was ransacked by the FBI — by vindictive New York Attorney General Letitia James.

James has built her entire career on suing the former president, claiming in several 2018 campaign speeches and videos — posted to Rumble by Trump’s team — that she intended to be a “real pain in the ass” to the then-president.

The maniacal harpy even went so far as to claim that “what is fueling my soul right now is Donald Trump” and suggested that her only task as AG would be to sue Donald Trump.

In light of AG James’ obvious bias, President Trump “invoked his Fifth Amendment rights” and declined to answer questions in response to the partisan witch hunt over alleged tax improprieties.

In a statement posted on Truth Social, Trump attacked the NY AG’s motives and integrity.

“Attorney General Letitia James openly campaigned on the policy of ‘Get and Destroy Trump,'” he wrote. “This political attack on me, my family, and my great company is her despicable attempt to fulfill that cynical, and very corrupt promise.”

The former president went on to castigate James for ignoring New York’s skyrocketing crime as she attempted to score political points for the Democrat party.

“Letitia James is a failed politician who has intentionally colluded with others to carry out this phony years-long crusade that has wasted countless taxpayer dollars . . . despite the fact that New York is suffering its worst murder, drug, and overall crime rate in many decades,” Trump wrote.
