Russian Oligarch w/ Biden Ties Gets Sanctions Pass

'I raved about you and will see him next week in Davos so will reemphasize this... '

(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) The laptop from hell is a gift that keeps on giving.

Files from Hunter Biden‘s laptop reveal that President Joe Biden’s son has met at least twice with a Russian oligarch, Vladimir Yevtushenkov, who is now sanctioned by the UK and Australia, according to the Daily Mail.

Biden met with Yevtushenkov in Moscow on Feb. 16, 2012 for a “real estate fund pitch” on behalf of Rosemont Realty, the real estate investment firm he co-owned with the disgraced Devon Archer and John Kerry stepson, Chris Heinz, reported the Mail.

Yevtushenkov, until this year the owner of Russian defense contractor RTI, then traveled to New York the next month for “breakfast with Hunter Biden,” and then to Dallas to meet with Biden’s partners.

The Russian oligarch does not appear to be among those that Hunter introduced to his father at Georgetown’s Café Milano, but Devon Archer emailed an account of his company’s meetings with Yevtushenkov to Kazakhstan banker Marc Holtzman, a so-called “fixer” for Rosemont.

“Vladimir mentioned this,” Holtzman responded.

“I raved about you and will see him next week in Davos so will reemphasize this.”

Holztman was invited to Café Milano for a secret meeting with The Big Guy in 2015.

According to the Daily Mail, a Russian spokesman “confirmed the meetings with Hunter” but claimed that there had been “no follow-up.”

“Vladimir Yevtushenkov met Hunter Biden among a number of other meetings as part of a routine business trip to the US to scout potential investment opportunities,” the spokesman said.

“There was no follow-up from the meeting and Mr Yevtushenkov has not met or had any contact with Hunter Biden since then.”

Yevtushenkov was sanctioned by Britain on April 13 and Australia on April 7, but remains unsanctioned by the United States.

Reps. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Fla., and Mark Walker, R-N.C., called on the Treasury and State Departments to investigate Yevtushenkov’s investment and construction projects in the Crimea, according to the New York Post.
