(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) As Democrats were pocketing tens of millions of dollars in campaign donations from Sam Bankman-Fried, the White House on at least four occasions rolled out the red carpet for the now disgraced crooked cryptocurrency pusher.
The high-level meetings took place last year, even as Bankman-Fried was allegedly bilking investors out of billions and running a money-laundering scheme through Ukraine, when four Biden regime officials met with the 30-year-old swindler and mega-donor for Democrats, reported Bloomberg.
Bankman-Fried was arrested in the Bahamas after the collapse and bankruptcy of FTX, charged with what prosecutors have called one of the largest financial fraud cases in U.S. history.
Yet just months before his arrest, Bankman-Fried in September was holding talks with senior White House advisor Steve Ricchetti, according to Bloomberg. Bankman-Fried had at least two other meetings with Ricchetti on April 22 and May 12, and another with Bruce Reed, a top aide to President Joe Biden.
So Crypto Crook met repeatedly with Biden White House aides before the FTX collapsed. Still, no special counsel as the sleazy list grows and grows. What will it take? Maybe there’s a whistleblower out there who witnessed Biden shred a piece of paper?https://t.co/JV8RBZzJh3

The latest SBF revelations came after it was reported that leftist activist and close Bankman-Fried confidant Sean McElwee had long maintained communication with Biden administration officials and regime-friendly journalists during the timeframe when Bankman-Fried was allegedly actively engaged in wholesale fraud.
McElwee was fired from his position with Data for Progress over his cozy ties to the alleged fraudster, and allegations that McElwee had gambled on the results of the 2022 midterms.
“So the guy who stole billions from people had access to a secret backchannel with the Biden Admin?” the Daily Caller asked at the time. “Who else does the Biden Admin have secret backchannels with?”
The answer reportedly was several high-ranking Biden regime officials with very close ties and shared histories and loyalties to the president.
Ricchetti, who met at least twice with Bankman-Fried leading up to his arrest, currently is “counselor to the president” doling out high-level political advice to Biden, according to Trending Politics News. Ricchetti was also Biden’s chief of staff during the Obama years and during the Clinton presidency, he was the deputy chief of staff for operations.
Sources told Bloomberg that “politics was not discussed at the White House meetings” between Biden officials and SBF-linked bagmen.
Biden has previously declined to say whether he intends to return any of the reported $5.2 million that Bankman-Fried gave to Biden’s campaign and connected groups in 2020.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre continued the obfuscation on Tuesday, when she again evaded answering whether it was appropriate for Biden to keep the tainted loot.
“I’m asking the president’s opinion, though,” an AP reporter pressed during the briefing, according to the Daily Mail.
“You asked me two questions: You asked me about will he return donations and then you asked me about his opinion,” Jean-Pierre said.
“I’m answering the first part, which is I’m covered by the Hatch Act from here. I’m limited on what I can say. And I just can’t talk to political contributions, or anything related to that. I cannot speak to that from here.”
