(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Last seen trying to find the southern border she was charged with securing, while cackling consistently at inopportune times, Vice President Kamala Harris has once again been set up to fail by the white man in the White House.
President Joe Biden tapped Harris to lead a rejuvenated mini Ministry of Truth, flying under the guise of the “White House Task Force to Address Online Harassment and Abuse.”
The task force is ostensibly charged with addressing the issue of “a broad array of harmful and sometimes illegal behaviors that are perpetrated through the use of technology” targeting mostly “women, adolescent girls, and LGBTQI+ individuals” because of “their race, ethnicity, religion, and other factors,” according to the White House brief.
The duties of the new “disinformation” task force also include “developing programs and policies” to address “disinformation campaigns targeting women and LGBTQI+ individuals who are public and political figures, government and civic leaders, activists, and journalists in the United States and globally,” which under the murky code of the new mini Ministry of Truth could include just about anybody.
Task Force members include the usual suspects resurrected from the original, but paused, deep state-sponsored Disinformation Governance Board: Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Attorney General Merrick Garland, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
Given that level of firepower, the Biden administration is apparently more interested in targeting online harassment of the transgender, bi-sexual, gay population than it is domestic terrorists attacking pro-life groups and abortion activists intimidating Supreme Court justices.
Biden formed the task force in the shadow of the Uvalde and Buffalo mass shootings and, as the leftist playbook dictates, was apparently determined not to let a crisis go to waste.
The new mini Truth Ministry is also tasked with “enhancing and expanding data collection and research across the Federal Government to measure the costs, prevalence, exposure to, and impact of technology-facilitated gender-based violence, including by studying the mental health effects of abuse on social media, particularly affecting adolescents.”
“For far too many people the internet is a place of fear,” Harris said at a press conference to launch the task force, according to NBC News.
The unpaused, regrouped Ministry of Truth is ready to police the internet to protect the public.
