Unvaxxed NYC Teachers Flagged as ‘Problems’ for FBI

'Religiously, mentally, I just didn't want anything experimental on my body, so what criminal activity does that persist? ... '

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) A lawyer representing numerous ex-teachers in New York City noted that Democrat Mayor Eric Adams and his administration have flagged un-jabbed teachers as “problems,” which has hindered their ability to gain employment.

The lawyer representing the former teachers, John Bursch, noted that the city’s Department of Education added a special “code” to each of their names, indicating malfeasance on the part of the fired teachers, the New York Post reported.

Bursch has argued in court that the city has discriminated against the religious beliefs of nearly 2,000 employees who declined the mRNA jab.

According to Bursch, most of the teachers cited religious reasons for bypassing the deadly jab.

“Loosely speaking, it is like a scarlet letter,” Bursch said, describing the special code as a marker of general wrongdoing meant to raise red flags for those looking to hire the teachers in the future.

“The employee’s personnel file shows a [generic] problem code that could just as easily be [for] committing a crime as declining to take a vaccine for religious reasons.  In some instances, when plaintiffs tried to obtain employment elsewhere, they were told that they were red-flagged because of the problem code.”

But perhaps more importantly, Bursch noted that the flags often go to the FBI and state Division of Criminal Justice Services for background checks, meaning that the “these problem codes were being attached to the fingerprints.”

Bursch’s claim was affirmed by Betsy Combier, a paralegal and former United Federation of Teachers representative who helps teachers in discipline cases.

“When the DOE puts a problem code in the employee’s personnel file, it also places a
flag on the employee’s fingerprints, which is then sent to the national databases at
both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the State Division of Criminal Justice
Services,” Combier said.

“They’re good people. It’s outrageous,” she added.

Rachelle Garcia, a former New York City teacher who lost her job after she refused to get the COVID vaccine, lamented having been flagged by the feds without even knowing what she did wrong.

“This is both outrageous and infuriating because my first question to the government or whatever, is basically, what did I do? What kind of criminal activity did I participate besides denying something that I felt that was right for me? Religiously, mentally, I just didn’t want anything experimental on my body, so what criminal activity does that persist?”
