Trump, Meadows Express Solidarity w/ Canadian Freedom Convoy

'They’re doing more to defend American freedom than our own leaders, by far... '

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USAFormer President Donald Trump and his former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows expressed approval of the Canadian Freedom Convoy, a group of Canadian truckers resisting Prime Minister Justin Trudeau‘s despotic rule, Hannity.com reported.

At a rally in Conroe, Texas, Trump praised the bravery of the truckers and expressed his solidarity with their movement.

“The Canadian truckers, you’ve been reading about it… They’re resisting bravely these lawless mandates,” he said.

Trump suggested that the truckers have taken into their own hands what American leaders in government should have done long ago.

“They’re doing more to defend American freedom than our own leaders, by far. And we want those great Canadian truckers to know that we are with them all the way,” said Trump.

“They’ve really shown something,” he added.

Trump’s Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows shared footage of the convoy on Twitter:

“God bless these truckers standing up for freedom,” he wrote.

The Freedom Convoy has achieved great success so far, raising more money than any of Canada’s leading political parties.

Trudeau’s Liberal Party of Canada raised $3.7 million during the last quarter of 2021, with the opposition Conservative Party of Canada raising $3 million.

The Freedom Convoy has raised nearly $10 million in that time.

According to the Freedom Convoy’s fundraising page, Trudeau is “implementing rules and mandates that are destroying the foundation of our businesses, industries and livelihoods.”

“We are taking our fight to the doorsteps of our Federal Government and demanding that they cease all mandates against its people,” the page reads.

Nonetheless, the media has attempted to frame the truckers as lawless hooligans, fringe radicals who do not represent millions of Canadians and Americans.

In response to the convoy, the effete Trudeau fled with his family to a secret hideout to hide from the mean truckers.
