Trump Calls on DOJ to Declassify Remaining Russia Hoax Materials

'There was “tremendous dishonesty and corruption” in the Russia hoax investigation... '

(Headline USA) Former President Donald Trump called on the Justice Department to declassify all remaining records related to the Russia hoax, arguing the public deserves to know the truth about the witch hunt, “especially in light” of revelations made by special counsel John Durham.

Durham, who has been investigating the origins of the hoax, revealed in a court filing last week that Hillary Clinton’s campaign hired a “tech executive,” known to be Neustar Senior Vice President Rodney Joffe, to hack into and spy on Trump’s Internet servers in the Trump Tower, his Manhattan apartment, and in the White House. (Joffe has denied the allegations).

The goal, accordion got Durham, was to “establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’” that Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 presidential election.

“They have the declassification order,” Trump said of the DOJ, according to Fox News. “And they should declassify, absolutely, especially in light of what has just happened and what has just been revealed.”

There was “tremendous dishonesty and corruption” in the Russia hoax investigation, Trump added.

“They should release [the records],” he said. “I think you’ll see some big stuff.”

Trump ordered the Russia hoax materials declassified in 2019, giving the attorney general “full and complete authority to declassify information” pertaining to the investigation.

The former president has also predicted that Durham’s investigation will reveal a lot more in the coming days.

“I call it the Crime of the Century,” Trump said last week. “It changed everything . . . it was so disgusting . . . and all the things they said about me and Russia, it was them and Russia.”
