Trump Blasts ‘Thug’ DOJ Prosecutor, Pleads Not Guilty to 37-Count Indictment

'What is being doing to President Trump should terrify all citizens of this country... '

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Before turning himself in for arraignment and arrest Tuesday in a Miami courthouse for felony criminal charges orchestrated under the direction of President Joe Biden’s Justice Department to target his main political opponent, Donald Trump unleashed a flurry of scathing criticism of what he called a “thug” prosecutor facilitating “election interference” of a grand scale.

Trump pleaded not guilty to all 37 federal charges brought against him by Biden’s DOJ alleging mishandling of classified documents and obstructing justice.

“This is the Thug, over turned consistently and unanimously in big cases, that Biden and his CORRUPT Injustice Department stuck on me,” Trump posted on Truth Social before his arraignment, referring to Special Counsel Jack Smith, tapped by the Biden DOJ to persecute the former president.

Trump blasted Smith as a “radical lunatic” and “Trump Hater,” along with “all his friends and family, who probably ‘planted’ information in the ‘boxes’ given to them,” he wrote.

“They taint everything that they touch, including our Country, which is rapidly going to HELL!”

Trump was reportedly responding to a National Pulse article that ripped Smith for producing a “fawning documentary about Michelle Obama,” and having family links to George Soros and Hillary Clinton.

Trump attorney Alina Habba was more reserved but no less strident in her criticism of her client’s treatment.

“The decision to pursue charges against President Trump while turning a blind eye to others is emblematic of the corruption that we have here,” she said prior Trump’s arraignment.

“We are at a turning point in our nation’s history. The targeting prosecution of a leading political opponent is the type of thing you see in dictatorships like Cuba and Venezuela,” Habba said.

“What is being doing to President Trump should terrify all citizens of this country.”
