(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) President Joe Biden came under blistering criticism and a legal firestorm erupted when it was reported Monday that classified documents had been found at a think thank named for the president and tied to a university funded generously by multi-million dollar donations from China.
“Wow! The Biden Think Tank is funded by CHINA!!!” former President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Also, a V.P. cannot Declassify documents, which are covered by the Federal Records Act, which is Criminal and MUCH TOUGHER than the Presidential Records Act, which is NOT Criminal. A President, me, can Declassify. How much more information has China been given?”
A batch of nearly a dozen classified documents, some marked top secret, from the Obama-Biden administration were discovered at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington.
Hosting alleged classified documents was the flimsy pretense that the Biden regime’s FBI used to launch a militarized raid on Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago, which a collaborative media has used as a bludgeon to thrash Trump.
Biden’s reported case of stashing classified documents received a more low-key response from the Justice Department, where Attorney General Merrick Garland assigned Trump-appointed U.S. attorney John Lausch to review “documents marked classified that were found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington,” reported CBS News.
BREAKING: Classified documents from Joe Biden’s Vice Presidential days found at his private office.
When will the FBI raid his home?

“Classified documents found at @JoeBiden center,” tweeted Vernon Jones. “LOCK HIM UP…go ahead and get Hunter while you’re at it. Make it two for one! Watch the double stands play out because it’s ole Joe. Chris Wray & Merrick Garland have his back.”
Now begins the big media tap dance to explain why Biden’s retention of classified documents is perfectly fine while Trump’s doing the same constitutes a horrific criminal offense that should permanently bar him from ever holding public office! pic.twitter.com/J0cytBuF4r

The classified documents were discovered by Biden’s personal attorneys in November in the days leading up the pivotal midterm elections, and turned over to the National Archives but not publicly disclosed.
“Did Biden try to conceal these documents before the midterms? How long did the federal government KNOW these documents were hidden?” Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, posted on Truth Social. “WHY are we just hearing about this now? These questions need to be answered!!”
Biden’s think thank is affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania, which has received prolific funding in donations from China.
The University of Pennsylvania took over $100M in “donations” from China
Thats 389% more than the average American University takes in foreign donations
Odd. Why?
UPenn houses The Biden Center
Did Chinese agents PAY to get access to classified documents there?

“The amount was 54 Million Dollars that the Biden Think Tank received from China,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “That’s a lot of money. They saw the Classified Documents!”
“This is very serious. As a matter of fact, Joe Biden conceivably stole those documents,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene told Fox News. “What people need to understand is that the president of the United States is the only one who can de-classify documents, not the vice president.
“For Joe Biden to steal documents and have possession of them, this is a serious investigation,” Greene said. “And the communists at NARA can’t hide it anymore and Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice, they have to be held accountable if they don’t treat Joe Biden exactly the same way they’re treating President Trump. It’s ridiculous and it’s shameful.”

While Biden dodged questions about the classified documents, his White House comms teams was equally evasive.

“The White House is cooperating with the National Archives and the Department of Justice regarding the discovery of what appear to be Obama-Biden Administration records, including a small number of documents with classified markings,” Richard Sauber, presidential special counsel, said in a statement.
We were told for months that this was
treasonous… grounds for
impeachment… & meriting the death

Biden had previously derided Trump for his handling of documents, which he used to politically militarize the DOJ to raid Mar-a-Lago.
“How that could possibly happen? How anyone could be that irresponsible?” Biden said at the time.
The documents were discovered when Biden’s personal attorneys were packing files housed in a locked closet to vacate office space in Biden’s think tank, where Biden used the office from mid-2017 until the start of the 2020 campaign, according to Sauber’s statement.
“President Biden has been very critical of President Trump mistakenly taking classified documents to the residence or wherever and now it seems he may have done the same,” Rep. James Comer, R-Ky, told CNN. “How ironic.”
Comer, who is primed to chair the House Oversight with his party’s new majority, said he will ask the archives for more information about the documents.
The only possible way to ensure Joe Biden has no more illegal documents from his vice-presidency is for the FBI to raid all of his residences and seize anything they want, including his passports. Our democracy is at stake, anything less and we could all die.
