Pro-Family Org. Issues Travel Warnings for California, Minnesota over Child Endangerment

'Families traveling to California or Minnesota could be at risk for that awful scenario actually playing out—losing custody of their kids to an industry that aims to sterilize and mutilate their bodies...'

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) The American Principles Project, a pro-family political-action committee,  issued travel warnings last week for the states of California and Minnesota citing laws that endanger children, the Washington Times reported.

The APP said that the two states are essentially “trans refuge” states due to the anti-family laws in place.

In a statement, the organization noted that both California and Minnesota have recently passed laws “which legal experts argue could result in even out-of-state parents losing custody of their children.”

According to the APP’s legal team, “these laws give state family courts the power to take temporary emergency jurisdiction over a minor coming into the state to access sex-change drugs or surgical procedures, regardless of if the minor is traveling from another state.”

APP President Terry Schilling noted that “families traveling to California or Minnesota could be at risk for that awful scenario actually playing out—losing custody of their kids to an industry that aims to sterilize and mutilate their bodies,” calling it “frightening” and “enraging” that anti-family policies would be enacted in America.

Schilling added that the APP for those reasons advised families against traveling to the far-left bastions.

“Right now, parents traveling to both these states with their children run a very real risk of having their families ripped apart,” Schilling wrote.

“Until the terrible laws enabling this abuse are nullified or repealed, parents need to be aware of these risks and plan accordingly.”

The warning was issued in the wake of the NAACP’s performative travel warning for Florida.

“Florida is openly hostile toward African Americans, people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals,” the far-left organization declared.

“Before traveling to Florida, please understand that the state of Florida devalues and marginalizes the contributions of, and the challenges faced by African Americans and other communities of color,.” it added.
