(Joshua Paladino, Headline USA) Billionaire leftist George Soros spent more than $25 million to fund abortions and pro-abortion activism from 2016 to 2020, a reminder that anti-natalist elites want to prevent family formation and reverse global population growth.
Soros sent more than $18.5 million to Planned Parenthood, the premier abortion and eugenics corporation, another $2.2 million to NARAL Pro-Choice America, and $2.35 million to Groundswell Action Fund, according to NewsBusters.
The latter organization “focuses on increasing access to low-cost or government-funded abortions, contraception, midwifery, and sex education, especially for minority groups,” according to Influence Watch.
Soros and his Open Society Foundation granted additional funds to eight other pro-abortion groups. In all, his contributions totaled $25,274,455.
Using the Kaiser Family Foundation’s estimate than the average cost to “abort a child” cost $500, this means that Soros funded 50,548 homicides.
In a speech decrying the Supreme Court’s reported decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, President Joe Biden said that the court should not restrict when a woman can “choose to abort a child,” the Washington Times reported.
In the draft opinion which Politico leaked, Justice Samuel Alito, who allegedly wrote the majority opinion, stated that the “Constitution does not confer such a right” to abortion.
“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” he wrote. “Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences.”
As the American Right begins to make progress in the culture war for the first time in 60 years, Soros plans to strike back with more big-dollar donations.
The Open Society Foundation will invest “more than $100 million over the next five years in strengthening a range of feminist-led movements and increasing their leadership across a broad range of sectors.”
The center-point in these feminist movements is abortion and birth control, as the OSF alluded to in the familiarly vague language surrounding the termination of pregnancies and the extraction of fetuses from the womb.
The donations will ensure that “women, girls, transgender, and gender non-conforming communities can make their own decisions about issues affecting their bodies and reproductive health care.”
