Tenn. Police Dept. Down 8 Officers after Wife-Swapping Orgy Ring Uncovered

'...he was on‐duty at the time of the incident and he went back to his desk when finished to end his day...'

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Investigations and condemnations are ongoing in response to a sizzling sex scandal that severely depleted the ranks of a town’s police department, leading to widespread community backlash and calls for accountability.

Five officers from the La Vergne Police Department, near Nashville, were fired earlier this month and another three officers were placed on unpaid suspension as a result of an investigation that was launched in December, reported WSMV.

The investigation initially focused on “multiple sexual events between members of the department’s evening shift,” but expanded to include accusations of sexual harassment, wife-swapping orgies and a “Girls Gone Wild” hot tub party involving multiple officers and their families on a houseboat.

What La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole initially reported as rumors that a female officer was having sexual relationships with other members of the force, turned into findings that officer Maegan Hall was having sex with at least five officers while on duty and on police property: Sgt. Lewis Powell, Officer Patrick Magliocco, Officer Larry Holladay, Detective Seneca Shields and Officer Juan Lugo-Perez.

All of the men admitted to having undisclosed sexual relationships with Hall, but in at least one case an officer tried to pull a Classic Clinton and parse details to escape culpability.

When first confronted, Shields insisted, “I have never had sex with Maegan Hall,” according to the department’s report.

“Patton rephrased the question and asked if he had any sexual encounter with Hall,” the report informed. “Shields confirmed that Hall had given him a blowjob in the Police Gym behind the Police Station. Shields told Patton that he was on‐duty at the time of the incident and he went back to his desk when finished to end his day.”

The rest of the report revealed extensive and ongoing debauchery, including Hall reportedly bragging to another officer about Sgt. Powell’s “big black d—k” and secret meetings the two held to discuss what internal affairs knew about the scandal. Hall also sent one officer a text asking him to “f—k her and drag her around by her hair.”

Hall, reportedly married to a park ranger who was not aware of his wife’s sexual escapades, was ironically given the La Vergne police department’s community service award in August.

The Rutherford County district attorney told CBS affiliate WTVF that there was no evidence of criminal activity, but he was monitoring the case.
