School Investigates Leftist Teacher’s Anti-Musk Lesson

'No individual and especially wealthy elites should be given these types of opportunities to buy off social media platforms...'

(John RansomHeadline USA) A classroom groomer in Rhode Island is under investigation for saying he taught his classes that the Elon Musk buyout of Twitter was terrible.

A Providence school district spokesperson confirmed that it was looking into whether any improper conduct occured during the recent journalism classes at Central High, according to local NBC News 10.

“Of course I explained to my students in all five of my classes today why Elon Musk buying off Twitter is the worse [sic] thing that could have happened,” tweeted substitute teacher Enrique Sanchez.

“No individual and especially wealthy elites should be given these types of opportunities to buy off social media platforms,” he added.

Actually, transactions by wealthy elites who purchase media properties are pretty typical, with most of those elite buyouts benefiting the Left.

That includes billionaires’ deals to buy the Washington Post, the Atlantic, the Boston Globe and Time, as one Twitter user pointed out in response.

But it’s hardly a wonder that Sanchez got confused; he’s also an aspiring state legislator.

Sanchez’s Twitter site doubles as his campaign site, which touts him as the “Leftist Candidate for Rhode Island State Representative District 9.”

Sanchez admitted that it was probably a mistake to post his personal views on Twitter, if not to air them in five of his classes during a journalism project.

He later claimed it was more of a debate, with kids questioning his comments and sharing their own ideas.

“I understand where they’re coming from, their perspective,” Sanchez told NBC 10 News, about people being upset with his comments.

“In no way was this trying to promote any side of the political spectrum,” he continued. “Kids actually pushed back against this.”

Having said something dumb on Twitter, Sanchez was subject to the obligatory chastisement, with newly-liberated conservative Twitter users piling on the criticism.

“The last day of school is tomorrow for my students, said one Twitter user in reply, who is a Marine Corps veteran. “I’m going to spend the whole day explaining to them what Communism and hypocrisy look like using your Tweets.”
