(Ezekiel Loseke, Headline USA) The largest gathering of Satanists in world history is taking place in Boston on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, according to The Christian Post.
The gathering is called “SatanCon” and will be held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place.
The gathering includes events such as:
- “Deconstructing Your Religious Upbringing”
- “Reclaiming the Trans Body: An A/theistic Strategies for Self-Determination and Empowerment”
- “SoCC Satanism and the Bipoc Experience”
- “Sins of the Flesh: Satanism and Self-Pleasure”
- “Hellbillies: Visible Satanism in Rural America”
And other attacks on Christianity and the American way of life.
The gathering is also likely to be radically anti-life, as the Satanic Temple promotes abortions in a ritualistic form, has brought lawsuits against states trying to ban infanticide and argued that abortion is a religious ‘right.’
Frank Pavone, the national director of Priests for Life, told The Christian Post about a rhetorical trick the Satanists are fond of deploying.
“These Satanists who are gathering will claim that they do not worship the devil,” he said, explaining how Satanists mock the religious Right when it discusses their existence.
“In fact, they will claim that they do not even believe in a personal spiritual being called the Devil or Satan,” he continued. “Anything that even appears to be worship of the Devil or being elite with the Devil is dangerous stuff because the Devil is real.”
Pavone also explained that, whether they understand the connection or not, Satan worship is historically linked to the position of contemporary Satanists.
“Historically, child sacrifice is very much connected with Satanism and worship of demons,” he said.
A Christian group is holding another meeting in Boston on Friday, Saturday and Sunday called Revive Boston.
Satanism has made the news recently by frequently defending the radical Left’s social agenda.
