Napa Authorities Finally Release Paul Pelosi’s Mugshot

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Paul Pelosi, stock market trader extraordinaire and husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., got a DUI over Memorial Day weekend while Nancy was away.

Now, several weeks later, Napa Valley authorities finally released Paul Pelosi‘s mugshot after his drunk driving arrest, the Gateway Pundit reported.

Paul Pelosi will be charged with two misdemeanors: one for driving while under the influence, and another for driving while under the legal Blood Alcohol Content limit of 0.08%, according to Just the News,

Per the Napa County Department of Corrections, the decision to withhold mugshots for extended periods of time falls under its purview.

“In Napa County, the decision to release or withhold mugshots or booking photos lies with the Napa County Department of Corrections, not the District Attorney’s Office,” a county spokesperson wrote in a statement earlier this week.

In this instance, the department spokesperson argued, the Pelosis have recieved no special treatment.

“In the days after Mr. Pelosi’s arrest, Napa County followed the Department of Corrections’ policy regarding the release of booking photos and mugshots. Mr. Pelosi received the same treatment under that policy that all individuals released from County Jail receive.”

At the time of the DUI, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi threw her disgraced husband under the bus by distancing herself—rhetorically and physically—from his arrest for drunken driving.

The husband of the House Speaker will appear in court on August 3 for his Memorial Day weekend DUI arrest in Napa County, California that involved a crash with his Porsche and a Jeep.

The bad news for Paul comes at a bad time. Earlier this year he was caught up in an insider trading scheme, this time buying Tesla stock as Democrats wage war on gas.

The successful venture capitalist and stock trader purchased $2.2 million in Tesla stock, according to a recent Pelosi financial disclosure.
