The sudden leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion has, once again, brought the abortion debate to the forefront.
“I believe that a woman’s right to choose is fundamental,” contended President Joe Biden in reaction.
Failed 2016 Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton also weighed in: “Women’s rights are human rights, and human rights are women’s rights.”
However, the relatively recent debate over transgenderism, and the Left’s latest efforts to redefine what constitutes a woman, have significantly undermined its previous arguments that only women had the right to dictate the terms of abortion.

Accordingly, some are now being mocked for their floundering attempt to double-back, The Blaze reported.
Leftist radicals now insist that childbith is no longer relegated to women since biologically female “men” may also participate.
Last week, reports broke that a Department of Education training session was calling for an end to references to women giving birth, claiming instead that it was “ovaries” that gave birth.
This gender crusade has even reared its head in the halls of Congress when then-Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson famously stated at her confirmation hearing that she was unable to define what a women was because she was, “not a biologist.”
Democrats on Capitol Hill also were unable to answer what used to be a very simple question.
Prior to the Supreme Court leak, conservative satire site the Babylon Bee ridiculed the obvious logical conundrum that leftist face when they attempt to defend their position.
Yet, in the wake of the Supreme Court’s apparent decision, Democrats have come out in droves to protest, and what once seemed a source of humor has become a problematic logical fallacy, as the Daily Caller noted.
Now, with the formerly inclusive language seeming to take a hiatus, transgender and non-binary individuals have seemingly been shunned as leftist once again proclaim women the soul victims of Roe‘s demise.
The Left may have to choose which cause they actually believe in: Women’s rights or transgender rights. The two are not compatible.
