(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) Sara Carpenter, a retired New York police officer, was found guilty on Friday in a Washington, D.C. court on seven criminal counts, including two felonies, because she was in the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
US District Court Judge James Boasberg denied her request on March 3 to delay the verdict so that her lawyers could review footage that was recently released by Tucker Carlson.
“Retired NYPD Spokesperson, Sara Carpenter, has been convicted on all counts on January 6 charges, after a judge denied her request to push back the start of her trial to allow time to review about 44,000 hours of Capitol riot footage from House Speaker Kevin McCarthy,” an independent journalist Oliya Scootercaster reported on Twitter.
51-year-old Carpenter was arrested in March 2021 after she surrendered to the FBI, according to the Post Millennial.
Scootercaster also posted footage of a woman “matching the description of Sara Carpenter” at the Capitol building on Jan. 6 saying “The congress needs to come out, they need to certify Trump as president.”

On Monday, Carlson and his team released never-before-seen footage given to them by McCarthy that exposed the Jan. 6 narrative as nothing more than leftist propaganda.
Among the revelations was the fact that US veteran Jacob Chansley, who became well-known as the QAnon Shaman, was being escorted peacefully by police, contradicting the narrative that he was a violent insurrectionist. Chansley was sentenced to 4 years in prison because he entered the Capitol building.
The footage also showed Ray Epps, an alleged FBI undercover agent who previously claimed that he staged the “insurrection” by encouraging Trump supporters to enter the Capitol building. The footage also showed that Police Officer Brian Sicknick was alive after Democrats claimed he had been killed because of the riot. The mainstream propaganda and Democrats wrongfully claimed that five police officers died because of the riot, without even mentioning people on the other side who were murdered by the Capitol Police, like an unarmed mother and veteran, Ashli Babbit.
As was expected, Carpenter wanted to look at the footage to use it to protect her in court, but Judge Boasberg denied her request because the precedent could “derail dozens of trials that are set in the next few months.”
