J6 Defendant Pays Price for Trying to Deflect Blame onto Trump

The Ohio native could spend up to 26 years in prison for his involvement in the rally...

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) A Jan. 6 defendant undergoing a trial over one year after the fact attempted to shirk responsibility, instead blaming former President Donald Trump, as well as Rudy Giuliani.

Dustin Byron Thompson, a 38-year-old man from Ohio was convicted for his involvement in the J6 protests in Washington, DC, reported 100 Percent Fed Up.

The jury presiding over his trial was not impressed by his attempt to blame Trump and Giuliani, which is exactly what the leftist media has spent the better part of two years doing.

Thompson allegedly entered the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2020, during the protest. The jury found him guilty of all six charges brought against him. Despite his attempt to push off the blame from himself, he was found to be solely responsible for his actions.

The Ohio native could spend up to 26 years in prison for his involvement in the rally, 20 of those years from the lone felony for which he was found guilty.

In one of the wildest witch hunts since 17th century Salem, Massachusetts, the FBI has scoured the nation for anybody with the slightest involvement, with the help of Big Tech. The federal agency, which is mastering the art of spying on American citizens, found footage from Thompson’s phone.

During his visit to the Capitol, he apparently went to the Senate Parliamentarian’s office, where he took a patriotic video of himself.

“Wooooo! ‘Merica Hey! This is our house!” he said.

Thompson will again suffer a long stay in jail until his sentencing on July 20.
