Illinois Student Charged with Faking Hate Crime, Blaming White Males

'We are saddened by the harm that these students endured because of false accusations... '

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USAA black college student has been charged with faking a hate crime in order to frame white people for racism, the Citizen Free Press reported.

The student, who attends Southern Illinois University, has been criminally charged with three counts of disorderly conduct.

Kaliyeha Clark-Mabins, 19, told the campus police that several racist notes were posted around her dorm room, and indicated that she believed that some of her white classmates were guilty.

One of the notes said “BLACK PEOPLE DON’T BELONG.”

The other note, more vulgar, said “DIE B**CH.”

Clark-Mabins nearly successfully framed two white students, who had been named as suspects due to her prompting during the initial investigation.

But after further investigation, police discovered that Clark-Mabins fabricated the report in order to target other students.

University officials alerted campus administrators of the dropped charges.

According to their report, the original students “named as suspects… have been fully cleared of any involvement. We are saddened by the harm that these students endured because of false accusations.”

This instance is yet another story of desperate critical race theorists trying to prove that Americans are racist.

For example, Jussie Smollett, who was convicted last month for lying to police about a racist, homophobic attack that authorities said he staged, will return to court for sentencing March 10, a judge said Thursday.

Smollett, who is both black and gay, was found guilty by a jury Dec. 9 of five felony counts of disorderly conduct under a subsection of the law that prohibits making false reports to police.

He was acquitted on a sixth count, but could spend up to three years in prison.

Clark-Mabins, who now finds herself in a similar position, currently has no lawyer listed.

She could not be immediately reached for comment.
