(John Ransom, Headline USA) A lawyer representing the mother of Hunter Biden’s illegitimate child said he believes the president’s son will be charged in a federal money-laundering and tax-evasion investigation after seeing the documents included in the grand jury testimony, CNBC reported.
“I expect him to be indicted,” attorney Clint Lancaster said in a CNBC interview. “Just based on what I saw in his financial records, I would be surprised if he’s not indicted.”
Lancaster represents Lunden Alexis Roberts, who was a university student and a Washington, DC-area stripper when Biden met her, according to the Daily Mail.
The pair subsequently had an out-of-wedlock daughter named Navy Joan.
But according to Lancaster’s grand jury testimony, Biden has never expressed interest in seeing his child.
“It’s sad, because the baby looks like him, with blond hair,” the lawyer said.
Hunter Biden fathered a little girl who is now three years old and has yet to meet him, or any other Biden. They tried to tell you for four years your president and his family were trash and this is the alternative they present.

Lancaster characterized the information that he saw, which he estimated to comprise about 10 gigabytes of data, as “problematic” for Biden.
The Daily Mail predicted that if the younger Biden were indicted that he would likely be convicted as federal prosecutors enjoy over a 95% conviction rate.
It remains to be determined whether his father, President Joe Biden, would exercise his constitutional pardoning power to once again bail out his profligate son.
Prosecutors estimate that Hunter Biden’s net worth is more than $156 million, “owing largely” to the money he was paid by the Ukrainian company Burisma and because of his Chinese financial dealings.
Those and other international business opportunities were made entirely possible by his father’s role in the Senate and, subsequently, as vice president under Barack Obama.
Federal prosecutors have previously admitted, however, that they worked to keep the information about the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden’s financial dealings secret during the 2020 presidential campaign, according to Politico.
Similarly, the Department of Justice has moved heaven and earth—even to the extent of conducting early morning raids on journalists—to try to recover the lost diary of Hunter’s half-sister, Ashley, which allegedly contains embarrassing information about the family.
And they aren’t the only federal agency to come to the aid of the Bidens.
When one of Hunter Biden’s handguns was dumped in a trashcan and Delaware police were investigating, Secret Service agents solicited the owner of the store where the gun was purchased to turn over the records of the purchase to them. The store owner suspected it was an attempt to try to cover up Hunter’s involvement with the gun, according to another Politico story.
So maybe if Hunter actually is indicted, he won’t be the only one.
