(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) Surveillance footage recently captured a gripping scene in a luxurious Los Angeles neighborhood, where a homeowner took action to avert a potentially dangerous home intrusion, ABC7 Eyewitness reported.
The footage depicted the homeowner, as he arrived at his residence around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, being unexpectedly approached by an individual dressed in black.
Startled by the sudden intrusion, the homeowner swiftly retaliated by throwing his cup and then firing his weapon, causing the trespasser to promptly flee the scene.
In an interview with ABC7, the homeowner shared his harrowing experience. “Out of nowhere I felt someone run up behind me, put something to my back, put a pistol to my back and somebody running up,” the man recounted.
“I guess they decided to try to come at me and come in the house but I have a 5-month-old baby and a wife and a nanny in the house and that wasn’t going to happen,” he added.
