(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Former President Barack Obama is teaming up with his former “wingman,” Attorney General Eric Holder, to recruit partisan election officials in a bid to thwart Republican poll-watchers from enforcing election integrity.
The duo plan an Aug. 30 fundraising event for the Holder-led National Democratic Redistricting Committee, Breitbart reported.
The event—to be held at a posh venue at Martha’s Vineyard—will feature a dinner and lengthy discussions about democracy aimed at organizing squadrons of leftist activists to aid the Democrats in the 2022 midterm elections.
The NDRC was first established during the 2016 Democratic National Convention by a cabal of leftists including current House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and then-Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe.
It is funded largely by globalist oligarchs like Swiss expatriate Hansjörg Wyss for the purpose of securing Democrats a favorable position in redistricting battles, including the use of “sue till blue” lawfare attacks.

With Republicans having wised up to the operation, Holder has since expanded into other areas of election-meddling, including efforts to throw the races for partisan state Supreme Court justices who will deliver them biased opinions upending both statute and legal precedent for the cause.
With the 2022 midterms approaching, Holder has been making the media rounds in recent weeks in an attempt to push Democrat candidates over the hump by any means possible, including sending partisan poll workers out to ensure Democratic victories in key races.
According to Holder, Republicans who oppose vote fraud only serve to “muck up the process” and “intimidate people,” which he understands to be a major “threat” to our democracy.
“The iteration of this Republican Party just ain’t that into democracy,” he claimed during a recent Sirius XM interview.
Republicans, in his view, are attempting only to “guarantee themselves a positive result” in future elections.
Projection has been a regular part of his rhetoric, leading Holder to be hammered regularly for his brazen hypocrisy while trying to flip the script on his political rivals. However, he seems to revel in the gaslighting.
The former attorney general—who notoriously refused to prosecute billy-club-wielding Black Panthers guarding a polling station during the 2008 election—claimed that the nation’s democratic identity can only be protected by his teams of election monitors, who must be prepared to fight Republicans every step of the way.
“In the absence of some kind of countermeasures by those of us who favor democracy, they will take our democracy from us,” he said.
Holder also spoke about the upcoming midterm elections at the annual Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival, noting that America needs to be changed and made better by people like him.
“If we want to be at the place where we need to be, it’s up to this generation at this time to make sure these changes occur. We have that capacity,” he said. “The cavalry is not coming. We are the cavalry.”
