Hispanics Could be Driving the Next Red Wave, Fleeing Racist Dems

'Their attitude toward minorities is they want Hispanics, they want African Americans, they want all of us to just stay on the plantation, shut up, and obey them... '

(Chris ParkerHeadline USA) A powerful red wave is expected during this year’s midterm elections, and Hispanics could play a crucial role.

Recent public commentary from prominent Democrats expressing racist remarks towards Hispanic is poised to cause a massive shift in the polls, Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas, told Breitbart News.

“Democrats are openly racist,” Cruz said. “Their attitude toward minorities is they want Hispanics, they want African Americans, they want all of us to just stay on the plantation, shut up, and obey them.”

One of those racist comments recently came from First Lady Jill Biden, who referred to Hispanics as “breakfast tacos.” It wasn’t a gaffe; the White House approved the jab on a prepared speech that Doc Jill was reading from a teleprompter. She has faced significant backlash for that comment, much of which has come from Democrats.

A leftist blogger also referred to GOP candidate Mayra Flores, a Hispanic, as “Miss Frijoles” (Frijoles is the Spanish word for “bean) nearly two dozen times. That attack was likely paid for by Democrat Rep. Vincente Gonzalez. That South Texas district is primed to vote Republican for the first time in a century.

However, it’s not just the flurry of insults that have Hispanics seeing red. The Democrat party has alienated itself from Hispanics and the issues that matter to them. Rep. Chuy García, D-Ill, admitted as much when he said, “our historic disinvestment caught up to us…we’re on our heels, and we need to invest heavily.”

“The reasons are a couple things,” Cruz said.

“Number one, the Hispanic community is seeing what a train wreck the socialist agenda is. They’re seeing that everyday life is harder under Joe Biden.

“They’re paying more at the grocery store for food. They’re paying a lot more for gasoline…They’re ticked off, just like the rest of Americans. ”

The trend is spreading beyond South Texas, said left-leaning analysts. Ruy Teixeira, one of those analysts, warned that “the Democratic Party’s drift to the political Left has blinded them to a major threat: relatively conservative Hispanic and working-class Democrats are finding reasons to jump ship.”
