Grassley, Johnson Release Receipts Showing Hunter’s Payments from Foreign Govt’s

'This is one hundred thousand dollars from what is effectively an arm of the communist Chinese government direct to Hunter Biden... '

(Headline USA) The Senate Republicans investigating Hunter Biden released several documents this week that prove the president’s son received several payments from foreign officials in Ukraine and China.

Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., provided copies of receipts during an address on the Senate floor on Wednesday that showed direct payments from a foreign company tied to the Chinese government to Hunter Biden. The company, CEFC, made a 2017 wire transfer to Wells Fargo Clearing Services for $100,000 with “further credit to Owasco,” referring to Hunter Biden’s firm.

“There is no middle man in this transaction,” Grassley said. “This is one hundred thousand dollars from what is effectively an arm of the communist Chinese government direct to Hunter Biden.”

Grassley also called out Democrats for dismissing earlier reports about these transactions as “Russian disinformation.”

“Question to the liberal media and my Democratic colleagues who accused us over the last two years of distributing Russian disinformation, is this official bank document Russian disinformation?” Grassley asked.

Grassley and Johnson had previously revealed that Hunter Biden was financially tied to Chinese Communist Party members Gongwen Dong, Mervyn Yan, and Patrick Ho. Hunter Biden even bragged about representing Patrick Ho, the CCP’s “spy chief.”

“Hunter Biden and James Biden [President Joe Biden’s brother] served as the perfect vehicle by which the communist Chinese government could gain in-roads here in the United States through CEFC and its affiliates,” Grassley explained.

“And these in-roads were focused on China’s advancement into the global and U.S. energy sector,” he said. “Hunter and James Biden were more than happy to go along for the right price.”
