Fox News Slams ‘Elitist A**’ Colbert for Gas Joke

'Leave it to a limousine liberal to tell you how to feel, what to think... '

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Stephen Colbert, outspoken liberal and lousy comedian, has been spewing out-of-touch jokes about rising prices that are crushing families struggling to make ends meet and the the cold-hearted leftist finally got called out, Chicks on the Right reported.

“Today the average gas price in America hit an all-time record high over $4 per gallon,” Colbert said. “Ok, that stings, but a clean conscience is worth a buck or two.”

“I’m willing to pay $4 dollars a gallon,” he croaked.

“Hell, I’ll pay $15 a gallon because I drive a Tesla,” said the millionaire.

Dagen McDowell, an anchor for Fox Business, took issue with Colbert’s snide elitist humor and responded by calling him an “unfunny, pompous, elitist a**.”

“So at least he’s staying on that brand,” McDowell added.

Fox political analyst Gianno Caldwell concluded the segment by also chastising Colbert:

“Leave it to a limousine liberal to tell you how to feel, what to think.”

The Biden administration has been breaking inflation records left and right, irrevocably harming the American middle and lower classes.

There is no indication that inflation will be decreasing unless drastic changes are made. High levels of federal spending are believed to be the cause.

The bumbling Biden administration has refused to accept responsibility for any of the rising prices, and instead plays the blame game: first blaming rising oil prices on the pandemic, then on corporate greed and now on the war between Russia and Ukraine.

A fired Keystone XL pipeline contractor told Fox News, “I’m not surprised at all. Because everything that Biden’s touched or done—it’s a failure.”

Now, instead of investing in American energy independence, Biden and his team are pushing for the purchase of electric vehicles.

Both energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg have made statements recommending this as a cost-saving solution for Americans.
