(Dmytro “Henry” Aleksandrov, Headline USA) The former head of the Disinformation Governance Board at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Nina Jankowicz posted a video on her YouTube channel where she was requesting donations to file a lawsuit against Fox News.
On Thursday, a failed censor posted a five-minute video that is titled “Help Nina Jankowicz Fight Fox News,” in which she asked people to give her money so that she would be able to fund her lawsuit against one of the mass media giants, according to the Daily Caller. As of March 4, 2023, her channel has only eight subscribers and the video has a little bit less than 4,000 views. Unsurprisingly, the ex-soon-to-be head of the American “Ministry of Truth” disabled the dislikes and turned off the comments on the video.
“I’m asking for your financial support of a lawsuit I want to bring against Fox News for their malicious, reckless lies against me,” Jankowicz said at the beginning of the video, adding that shutting people up was her “lifelong dream.”
“The network made over 500 scaremongering statements about my role, my views and my personal life over the next nine months—an entirely disproportionate disinformation and smear campaign against a person who simply took a job to serve her country within her area of expertise,” she wrote on her GoFundMe page.
Jankowicz also suggested that, since she became a public figure, she was violently threatened online by hundreds of people, blaming “Congressional Republicans and the right-wing media” for characterizing her as an “unhinged, partisan, unserious, dangerous fascist.”
From late April to early May 2022, Jankowicz led the “disinformation” board, until she was forced to resign after she and the Biden administration faced widespread pushback against the board and Jankowicz herself.
Not surprisingly, the person who was picked by the Biden administration to censor people has a far-left bias. Ironically, it was Jankowicz who was previously spreading disinformation about the Hunter Biden laptop, pushing the debunked Steele Dossier narrative down people’s throats and saying that a former Trump advisor Carter Page was an agent straight from Kremlin. Also, her old speeches during her short tenure with DHS displayed her partisan attacks against Republicans.
Previous instances of Jankowicz spreading disinformation about the Hunter Biden laptop, the debunked Steele Dossier and former Trump advisor Carter Page were uncovered. Old speeches she gave featuring partisan attacks against Republicans were also discovered during her short tenure with DHS, according to Fox News.
After Jankowicz resigned from DHS, the organization “paused” the board shortly after and officially shuttered the project in August. On her GoFundMe page, Jankowicz wrote that the board caved to a “GOP disinformation campaign.”
