FBI Slammed for Setting Up Recruiting Tent at LGBT ‘Pride’ Event

'I want to ensure diversity is a part of the DNA of the FBI ... until it becomes who we are...'

(Karen Freeman, Headline USA) The FBI appears to have amplified its commitment to diversity with a new recruitment practice by setting up career-information booths at local LGBT Pride events, according to a report from Turning Point USA.

During a Pride event in Union County, North Carolina, the bureau’s Charlotte branch office set up a tent to showcase their #FBIPride as well as using the opportunity to highlight many job opportunities in the FBI.

According to the Independent Journal Reviewthe FBI handed out rainbow “pride” flags at the event.

The FBI’s Diversity Agent Recruitment Program to seek out “diverse” candidates for special agent positions was established in 2016 under then-Director James Comey.

“I want to ensure diversity is a part of the DNA of the FBI … until it becomes who we are,” Comey said at the time.

Yet, the overt political pandering comes at a troubling time for the bureau, which has become increasingly partisan and divisive, starting with the Comey-orchestrated coup against former President Donald Trump, when the FBI launched its 2016 “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation under knowingly false pretenses.

The corruption has only become more pronounced under the direction of current Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland.

A scandalous bombshell report from Newsweek in October revealed that the FBI had recently taken the unprecedented step of designating Trump supporters in their own special category of domestic terrorism.

And as Headline USA reported exclusively in a recent investigative series, the bureau has long sought to infiltrate groups of right-wing extremists and use them to organize rallies and foment violence, such as the 2017 riot in Charlottesville, Virginia.

People took to social media to voice their concerns about the FBI attending and recruiting employees from what they deem as “grooming events.”

One person replied to the FBI’s post on their Twitter account, @FBICharlotte, about the event with “The virtue signaling isn’t useful… but the colors are pretty. When will you celebrate families & the constitution?”

Prominent conservative watchdog Tayler Hansen, known for exposing both FBI psy-ops and left-wing pedophilia rings—noted, “Y’all already had a grooming problem before this so I’m not surprised this is the route you’re going.”

Still, some seemed to suspect that the agency might have ulterior motives other than recruiting new agents, and might instead have been looking for undercover informants.

One individual asked, “Does the FBI set up booths at MAGA events?” while another asked, “How many pedophiles did the FBI arrest when y’all were there?”
