(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) In an explosive court filing this week, Special Prosecutor John Durham indicated that Hillary Clinton’s failed presidential campaign, some of her team’s top counsel and other collaborators formed a “joint venture or conspiracy” to purposefully perpetuate a false Russia collusion narrative to harm Donald Trump’s presidential prospects and the start of his presidency.
Durham also released a text message sent by former Perkins Coie law partner Michael Sussmann which confirms that the Russia Hoax conspirator lied to the FBI in 2016, according to the Washington Examiner.
NEW: One of Sussmann’s defenses was there was no recording of his convo with FBI when he lied about not pushing Alfa Bank claims on behalf of any client (when he did so for Clinton campaign) — turns out he texted this lie to FBI the night before too tho.https://t.co/02fHAbbxME

Sussman met with FBI general counsel James Baker on Sept. 19, 2016, to seed a conspiracy theory — concocted by the Hillary Clinton Campaign, tech executive Rodney Joffe, and Fusion GPS, among others — regarding supposed communications between presidential candidate Donald Trump and a Russian bank
According to Durham’s Sept. 2021 indictment of Sussman, the Democrat lawyer claimed to Baker that he was not working on behalf of “any client” in bringing the FBI that false information.
Sussman, however, was working for the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign.
In a response to Durham’s indictment, Sussman’s lawyer claimed that “the Special Counsel has brought a false statement charge on the basis of a purported oral statement made over five years ago for which there is only a single witness,” the Examiner reported.
In a filing Monday, however, Durham revealed that Sussman sent the same lie to Baker in writing on the night of Sept. 18, 2016.
“Jim – it’s Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive (and sensitive) I need to discuss,” Sussmann texted to Baker.
“Do you have availibility for a short meeting tomorrow? I’m coming on my own – not on behalf of a client or company – want to help the Bureau,” he continued. “Thanks.”
“Ok,” Baker replied. “I will find a time.”
Furthermore, Durham disclosed that Sussman “repeatedly billed the Clinton Campaign for his work on the Russian Bank-1 allegations.”
In response to Durham’s revelations, former House Intelligence Committee Republican investigative counsel Kash Patel told Just the News that “Durham has just shown the whole world what major pieces of our Russiagate investigation revealed.”
“Hard evidence, emails and text messages, showing the Clinton Campaign, Fusion GPS, Perkins Coie, Joffe, and the media were all synced in August of 2016 pushing the false Alfa Bank server story, while also all working on the Steele Dossier matter. Durham submits all this evidence as ‘joint venture conspiracy’ under the rules of evidence,” Patel said.
