Doctor’s Post-Roe Stance on Prescriptions Launches Investigation

'I prescribe meds.. I can also choose not to prescribe them...'

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) As leftist outrage continues to outpour, one doctor’s reaction to Roe’s overturn caught the attention of many users on social media.

According to Western Journal, Twitter account Libs of TikTok shared a tweet from a doctor who worked at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, Illinois.

Responding to the Supreme Court decision, she said she planned to withhold certain treatment from male, conservative patients.

“I prescribe meds.. I can also choose not to prescribe them,” the doctor wrote on Twitter. “So… from now on… if you are a white male who votes conservative, your penis needs to ask God for the power to rise. No more Viagra.”

Her tweet caught the attention of her employer, who thanked Libs of TikTok for bringing this to their attention.

This is not the practice of Sarah Bush Lincoln. We provide care to everyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race religious, etc. This is being addressed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Instead of apologizing, she doubled down on her answer, posting a reply challenging the company:

Other Twitter users commented on her original tweet, asking if she was going to be punished—either legally or professionally—for her plan.
