Details Emerge About Capitol Shooting Victim Ashli Babbitt

"Nothing will stop us....they can try and try and try but the storm is here and it is descending upon DC in less than 24 hours....dark to light!"

Details were beginning to emerge surrounding the woman killed by law enforcement at the US Capitol on Wednesday, including that she was a 14-year US Air Force veteran.

Ashli Babbitt of San Diego served four tours as a high-level security officer, the Gateway Pundit reported.

Her apparent Twitter feed expressed her strong enthusiasm and support for President Donald Trump and his conservative allies.

She retweeted several of those who have led the charge in presenting evidence of vote fraud, including Georgia attorney Lin Wood.

One of Babbitt’s final tweets, however, seemed somewhat ominous as she conveyed her dedication to the movement—and a determination to make it to the protest in spite of gathering storm clouds.

The circumstances of Babbitt’s killing remain shrouded in mystery, despite a multitude of footage posted online that showed the chaotic moments leading up to her being shot in front of the Senate chambers.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Babbitt was shot through the window by an officer guarding the barricaded room from the other side.

She was hit in the neck and later died of her injuries.

The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating her death.
