(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Left-wing bigots attacked a Republican county councilman in Indiana after he came out as a “woman of color,” Slay News reported.
Ryan Webb— the Delaware County, Indiana councilman— made his big announcement in an April Facebook post.
“After much consideration, I have decided to come out and finally feel comfortable announcing my true authentic self,” Webb wrote. “It is with great relief that I announce to everyone that I identify as a woman, and not just any woman, but as a woman of color as well.”
Webb’s big news carried further implications regarding his sexual orientation.
“I guess this would make me gay/lesbian as well since I am attracted to women,” he added, noting that he was thrilled to “finally get that out there and start living life as my true self.”
Webb also jokingly suggested that he is “excited to bring some diversity to the county council,” noting that his black lesbianism was a first.
“Until today we didn’t have any females of color or LGBTQIAPC+++ on the council,” he continued. I’m glad that now we do!”
Webb’s announcement sent local leftists into hysterics.
Several members of the public sought to shame him during a council meeting, prompting Webb to respond, “You don’t get to question me.”

Soon after his initial post, Webb said that he and his family received death threats and leftists began to protest outside of his home.
“Our family has been receiving violent threats throughout the day from intolerant liberals who refuse to accept my decision to live my life however I choose,” he wrote, noting that he needs to protect his family, including six children, from protests that leftists organized at his house.
Webb also announced that he has been a victim of discrimination in another way: He identifies as being of Native American descent, which some on the Left have questioned.
“My American Indian heritage is not up for debate, although many would like it to be,” he said.
“It’s possible I may change my mind down the road,” he added, suggesting that “the process of identity exploration is complex” and that he may end his “personal journey” right back where he started.
